Nothing gets a dreary Monday going quite like some upbeat disco from Tensnake, and that’s just what you get with his new single “Keep On Talking.”
If you’re a fan of Tensnake’s sound, then perhaps you will also enjoy “The Sky” by Jyra, “Endless Dreams” by Taste Nasa or “Doing Yoga (Original Mix)” by Kazy Lambist.
But that’s just a tiny taste of what else makes up this week’s New Music Monday playlist, which also includes fresh Future Islands, Passion Pit, JES, and Wild Style, a ladies duo whose sound reminds me of Icona Pop.
If your day is winding down, then you’ll definitely want to give a listen to the mellower of tracks by Braids, Avec Sans, Lane 8, The Weepies (who pulled off an excellent cover of Tom Petty‘s “Learning to Fly”) and Odessa (who I interviewed a few months ago).
I hope you enjoy the 24 new songs below:
Carly Rae Jepsen has cyberspace all riled up (in a good way!) over the release of her new single “I Really Like You,” which comes about three years after she skyrocketed to success with “Call Me Maybe.”
The pop starlet is just one of the 17 artists featured in this week’s New Music Monday, which also includes Purity Ring‘s “bodyache,” along with Madeon featuring Passion Pit on “Pay No Mind” and Big Sean featuring Jhene Aiko on “I Know.”
The list this week is pretty dance-heavy, with some melodic EDM by Tritonal, Mooij, Shaun Frank, Morgan Page and Eric Prydz Vs. CHVRCHES.
I’m also totally into new artist Chelsea Lankes. She has a soothing voice and a sexy sound, which is demonstrated on the Carousel remix of “Down for Whatever.”

Exhausted from Oscar weekend? Luckily, I have plenty of new tunes to help you relax on this post-party Monday!
For the hip-hop lover, Gucci Mane just put out his Brick Factory 3 album and Chris Brown and Tyga released “Bitches N Marijuana” off their brand new collaborative effort, Fan of a Fan the Album.
And move over, Taylor Swift! Passion Pit is also giving a little shoutout to one heck of a decade with new song “Lifted Up (1985).”
Continuing in the theme of chill music, one of my longtime favorites, Late Night Alumni, released “This This This,” keeping true to their signature dreamy sound. Kygo also came out with “ID,” Monogem finally released their self-titled EP (I’m digging “The Glow”), Allies for Everyone released “Bunker,” Lord Huron released folky “Fool for Love” and much more!
From SomeKindaWonderful to Mr. FijiWiji and AVAN LAVA, check out the playlist below of 20 new tracks!
